Holiday
photo cards, mailed for you

Design one 5x7 photo card and write one note for everyone, with a personal note for anyone special. Add your people, and we print, stamp and mail a card to each of them.

$3 a card when you send 3 or more $5 for one or two send to more people any time

Four steps, one evening

How it works

  1. Design your card

1, 2 or 3 photos and holiday lettering. Drag to frame each photo, pick the words and the colour, and watch the real card update as you go.

  2. Write one note, personalize any

One note goes to everyone, and each card greets its person by name: “Dear Grandma,” and “Dear Sam,” come from the same note. For anyone special, write a note of their own instead.

  3. Add your people

Type, paste or import your list, or send one link and let everyone add their own address.

  4. We print, stamp and mail every card

Pay once for the batch. Your list shows each card from the printer to the mailbox, and the thank-yous that come back.

The back is a real letter

Your note in handwriting or a classic serif, “Dear” and their name at the top, your signature at the bottom. A QR code lets them say thanks, and you’ll see it on your list.

Twenty cards come to $60. Remember two more people a week later? That’s $6.

No more texting everyone for addresses

Collect addresses with one link

Send your share link to the family chat. Friends type in their own address, and it shows up on your list for you to check. Nobody needs an account to add theirs.

Already have a spreadsheet from last year? Import it, or paste addresses straight from Contacts.

Your list stays here

Forgot someone? Send a few more later

Your card and your list are saved. When a card arrives from someone you missed, add them and send theirs, even if it’s just one. Once you’ve sent a batch of 3 or more, every card after that is still $3.

When to order for Christmas 2026

Cards usually arrive about 10 days after you send them, and December mail can run slower. To have yours arrive by Christmas, send by December 11. The first batch of a new design also gets a quick look from us before it prints, so earlier is better.

Holiday card questions

How do Picpost holiday cards work?

You design one 5x7 photo card with 1, 2 or 3 photos and holiday lettering, then write one note for the back. Add the people you want to send to, and we print, stamp and mail a card to each of them.

How much does it cost?

$3 a card when you send 3 or more at once. If you’re sending just 1 or 2, they’re $5 each. That covers printing, the stamp and the mailing.

Can I add more people later?

Yes. Your address list builds over time, so you can keep adding to it. Once you’ve sent a batch of 3 or more, come back any time and send to more people at $3 a card, even if it’s just one.

Can each card still feel personal?

Every card opens with a greeting for that person, like “Dear Grandma,” and then your note. For the people who matter most, you can write a custom note that replaces the standard one.

How do I get everyone’s addresses?

Add them yourself, or send friends and family your share link. They type in their own address, and it shows up on your list.

Do I need stamps, envelopes or a trip to the post office?

No. It’s a postcard, so there’s nothing to stuff or seal. We print it, stamp it and mail it for you.

What size is the card, and how many photos can I use?

It’s a 5x7 postcard. The front holds 1, 2 or 3 photos with holiday lettering. The back has your note and the address.

How long do cards take to arrive?

About 10 days from when you send them. We print each card and mail it First-Class, and your list shows where every card is along the way. The first batch of a new design gets a quick look from us before it prints.

When should I send for Christmas?

By December 11. Cards usually take about 10 days to arrive, and December mail can run slower, so sending earlier is safer. We show the date at the top of this page too.

Can I mail cards outside the US?

Not this season. Holiday cards go to US addresses only.

Do I need an account?

You sign in with Google so your card and address list are saved for when you come back. Friends adding their address through your share link don’t need to sign in.
