Shipping
- We mail to US addresses only, for now.
- Cards are printed to order and typically enter the mail within 1–2 business days.
- They ship first-class via USPS and usually arrive within about a week of ordering. These are estimates — USPS timing can vary, especially around holidays.
- We verify every recipient address before printing. If it can't be verified, we'll let you know and won't charge you for an undeliverable card.
Cancellations & changes
Because each card is custom-printed, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production. If your card hasn't printed yet, email us right away and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's printed, we can't recall it.
Refunds & replacements
We want every card to arrive right. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund if:
- your card arrives damaged or with a print defect;
- we made a mistake (wrong card, wrong address on our end);
- it never arrives within 21 days of mailing (USPS may have lost it).
For a damaged or defective card, a quick photo helps us fix it fast. Reach out within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
What isn't covered
We can't refund cards that were undeliverable because of an incorrect address you entered, or normal, minor color/trim variation inherent to physical printing — a printed photo will always read a touch softer than a backlit screen. If an address turns out undeliverable after payment, we'll contact you about a reprint to a corrected address.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
